This fabulous, fast-thickening mascara plumps up lashes like mad. Even with a heavy application lashes don't appear stiff or dry and it stays put. I applied this product first thing in the morning and kept it on during a hot and sweaty 10km beach run. At 7pm my lashes looked as glamorous as they had that morning!

Origins Fringe Benefits Mascara $21

With its novel short brush this is a mascara even make-up virgins will find easy to use. The brush separates and defines lashes (hurrah) so you'll never have to experience caked clumps again. After a full day's wear I did experience a teeny amount of under-eye smudging, but this is the price you pay for gentle ingredients.
